[Serusers] Rewriting a "+" to 00 in a sip URL

Hi,
 
I'd like to do the above, before I forward on such urls to the PSTN gateway.
 
Is it possible? When I read the ser docs I see examples on taking the URL
apart into sections, or for forwarding, but I don't see how substitutiins
can be done.
