[Serusers] Sip -> h323 and vice versa

SIPQuest www.sipquest.com has a SIP<->H323 gateway implementation. It's not
free and I haven't tried it yet. You can ask them for a trial.
I did a evaluation on their products a while ago. Their SIP Proxy needs some
improvement but voicemail, auto attendant and voice conference servers are
quite good. (I have no affiliation with them)
