[Serusers] Is this possible in ser+sem/Voicemail+b2bua

Hi Klaus,

I want to limit a time to some of user, like one hour for ip to ip call or 1
hour for pstn access or international call. then I want to create an account
with a load of 2 hours call then after they consumed their time they will be
disconnected and cannot use it again.

what do you think?
