[Serusers] Using CPL with SER questions

I just pasted this straight in to the mysql client whilst connected to the
ser  db

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS cpl ( user VARCHAR(50) NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY,
cpl_xml BLOB, cpl_bin BLOB, UNIQUE (user));

The table now exists.
