[Serusers] Cisco session control with RADIUS

You need a custom TCL script that handle the calls in the voip leg and query
the radius server for authentication and authorization of the caller.
Then the radius response with a SessionTimer value for this call, the TCL
script cant be able to read the SessionTimer value and with this start a
timer after wich the call is droped. Note that in voip leg answered
applications cannot play messages in the leg.
