[Serusers] Is there SERWEB stable version??

Hello all.
I downloaded 
ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/ser/latest/contrib/serweb_2004-01-04.tar.gz

but I'm not sure if it could be considered the current stable version 
(corresponding to stable ser 0.8.12) and I was thinking in use it in a 
prod environment, so the question?
