[Serusers] Help with setup of ser

1. Is ser running? -> check with "ps -A"

2. It is regardless in which subnet the clients are, as long as there 
are no Firewalls or NAT boxes inbetween.

3. The default ser.cfg will do for that simple scenario.

4. Use ethereal at the PC with the SIP proxy and capture the networks 
traffic: verfiy that the user agents send packts to ser, and ser should 
process this packets (forward or reply).

5. Watch \var\log\messages (or \var\log\syslog if you have debian)
