[Serusers] SER and NAT

Take a look at the first config file in
http://lists.iptel.org/pipermail/serusers/2004-February/005996.html

it's not perfect, but it should give you some hints how to detect NATed 
clients and how to enable NAT-traversal and integrating the rtp proxy.

NOTE: this config is for stable ser 0.8.12 and the old rtpproxy (1.1.1)
