[Serusers] stateful mode failing

I would be very appreciative if someone could steer me in the right
direction to fix this problem. 

I am trying to get SQL based acounting to work I have removed the comment in
the makefile and made the ser.cfg file changes as per the Admin guide. When
I include the code below in the config it is not possible to make a call,
but all works fine when it is commented out again.

	sl_reply_error(); 
	break;
};
