[Serusers] private ip user agent with ser

hello friends,

my scenario is like this 

my useragent is estara softphone

and in settings sipproxy,sip domain are configured to

"ser" system which is in public ip

the system is private ip ( windows system in lan which
access internet through the dhcp)

and "ser" is installed in the public ip

so when this ua is trying to register

through ethereal report it is observed that

private ip is contacting dhcp server and it is
directing 

that packet to the server

server is acknowledge with 200 ok but to the

to the dhcp ( but that dhcp server in return not
connecting the private ip)

so in user agent estara what i have seen is that
registration error ; server could not be reached or
server did not respond

so please guide me how can i achieve success in

this work in establishing a session between private ip

and external public ip/private with siproxd in public
ip

please tell what configuration i may need .
