[Serusers] newly added aliases get expire time in the past?

The timer Expire is defined in the serctl script, find the variable
FOREVER_REL and change this to other value.
In my case, the original value are not supported for the mysql database, i
need change the var like this:

# VALUE CHANGED DUE TO HUGH VALUE FOR MYSQL
# CHANGED TO ONE YEAR IN SECONDS
#FOREVER_REL=1073741823
FOREVER_REL=31536000
