[Serusers] alias expired right after it was added

Hi,

When I added an alias, it expired right away. I
searched the archieve, it was supposed to be a bug a
while ago and fixed. I am using a cvs version
downloaded a couple weeks ago.

[root at www]# serctl alias add 060 111 at test.com
200 Added to table
('060 at test.org','111 at test.com') to 'aliases'
[root at www]# serctl alias show 060
<1111 at test.com>;q=1.00;expires=-10

In serctl, it uses the following command to add alias,
fifo_cmd ul_add "$USRLOC_TABLE" "$SERUSER@$SERDOMAIN" 
"$2" "0" "1.00" "0" "128"
