[Serusers] sqlbox status?

i've been scouring the list archives for info on the frequently 
mentioned "sqlbox" patch [1] for logging MO, MT and DLR messages.  i see 
from rentacoder that the work has been completed and paid for [2].   has 
the work been posted somewhere or am just being too impatient?
