[Serusers] how to get calls from pstn

Can some explain to me how to setup ser to recieve
calls from pstn gateway using a cisco gateway.
I have a setup where I can place calls to pstn
but have no idea on how to recieve calls. An example
with ser.cfg will be very helpful.
