[Serusers] Ringback tone

[Klaus Darilion]

Windows Messenger does not create a ringback tone. I don't know the 
behaviour of SJphone as I never used it. But I can recommend x-lite 
which generates local ringback.

The warning header is nothing to worry about - it's just for debugging 
purposes (IMO very useful). You can turn it off if you like 
(http://iptel.org/ser/doc/seruser/seruser.html#AEN709)
