Are you using ser from a binary package ? I suppose so because the
modules are in /usr/lib/ser. In this case you will have to install an
older version of radiusclient library.
Note that radiusclient 0.4.1 can be used only with the unstable version
of ser (it is a version enhanced by Maxim). Binary packages of the old
version can be found on http://rpmfind.net (if you have a redhat based
distribution).
