You can try ser.init from
http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ser/sip_router/rpm/
Probapaly you have to customize the directory uf the ser binary to fit
your environment. But we warned - I also use redhat and very often ser
does not start at boot time, but calling the script manually always
works (there are a several issus with running ser at boot time and
redaht which AFAIK are not solved yet).
