[Serusers] SER - SIP_DOMAIN environment variable

Hi Onyeka,

SIP_DOMAIN environment variable is referred by serctl script.
For example, when you create new user using "serctl add user pass e-mail",
then the user's domain will be same as SIP_DOMAIN.
To see /usr/local/sbin/serctl will help you to understand about
the purpose of SIP_DOMAIN.
