[Serusers] menu options

The feature you want to use is sending DTMF tones. There are several 
possibilities (INFO method, RTP ...). You have to make sure that the 
gateway accepts the method used by the SIP phone (or vice versa). AFAIK 
you can configure the grandstream phones.
