[Serusers] issues with bindings

Hello,

Two times in the past week I have had some issues with the bindings of the 
sip mapping expiring:

Binding 'user','sip:user at x.x.x.x:5060' has expired

Does anyone know what this is and why it happens?  I appreciate any input 
you may have.
