SEMS is not listening on a port - sems and ser communicate via fifos. 
Nevertheless, if you use a main proxy and a second proxy for feeding 
sems (on the same machine), you have to configure the voicemail ser on 
another port, e.g. 5070. Do not use 5061, as this port is reserved for TLS.
