[Serusers] SER with Trabas billing

I tried trabas voip billing, but had several problems installing it and 
after i could install it, I had problems because of wrong SQL queries. I 
haven't solved the problem yet. Furthermore, TVB is very complex, what 
kept me from finding the errors.

Maybe there is a better solution out there.
