[Serusers] slightly OT: client to work with SER

Please excuse my ignorance then.  I thought I had read in the archives that 
the contact list located/configured on the SERWEB interface was supposed to 
be included during client registration (the thread was for a Linux client I 
believe, which didn't help with my desktop needs).
