Yes, it's possible but with the nathelper module from unstable (cvs
HEAD) and the latest rtpproxy.
(you can use unstable nathelper with stable ser, just copy it from
unstable & re-compile).

Use something like:
modparam("nathelper", "rtpproxy_sock", "udp:localhost:2048")

in your ser.cfg.
