[Serusers] Headers manipulaton

Hello,

I have a module for our application which allows changing the 'From' header, I use the
remove_hf_f routine to remove it and add again using append_hf. But it is a violation of
RFC and hence not suggested. (Just trying out a few things here and learning SIP :-)
