No,  your config seems ok. 
Nathelper will be used only if nat_uac_test("3") is true, which means if
the ip is private or the source ip != via ip. If your UA uses STUN
succesfully (STUN detects some kind of cone nat), it will use the
detected public address and nat_uac_test will be false (so it won't go
through nathelper).
