No.  Just one.  The UID1 is set to 0, the default.   Exactly like all
the ATA's that are working.

Good suggestion, though!

do you have the same uid on both ata lines?  i notice a few days ago
that if both lines have the same uid, ata doesn't include authorization
header in register request.
