Adrian,

as you told me i am using now 1.0.4.

and created the database succesfully

mines is redhat linux 9.0 and ser as sip server 

the mysql-3.23.54a-11 and php-4.2.2-17 

i have not changed the DATASOURCES in global.inc

i have not changed the php setup

iam not using any radius as of now

iam not using any mediaproxy as of now

i copied setrace.py 

cp scripts/sertrace.py /usr/local/etc/ser/sertrace.py


and i included this statement in ser.cfg

so when i run the ser its giveng error like this


0(1403) find_export: <exec_msg> not found
 0(1403) find_export: <exec_msg> not found
 0(1403) parse error (180,44-45): unknown command,
missing loadmodule?


and shutting down

ERROR: bad config file (1 errors)
 0(1403) DEBUG: tm_shutdown : start

one other new bie question after setting up everything

where can i see the call data records i could not able


to see that information in the INSTALL file .

so how to proceed from here please guide me
