[Serusers] Call Failed: 404 Not Found

Hello,
I read moany posts but cannot resolve my problem with ser...
here it is (i've changed my real ip and domain name)

slackware 10 (actually it is current)

Everything seems to be ok and no error messages in 

/var/log/syslog

/var/log/messages

Something in /var/lib/mysql/myhost.err

But messages go only when I stop ser.
SO the problem is that - I use X-Lite sip phone, I login and everything is ok but when I try to call another user 
typing user2 at mydomain.org I got message Call Failed: 404 Not Found. User2 is logged in too. Here I use user from internal 
network but whatever user log in even with real ip ... same problem.
