[Serusers] Is a terminal present?

You can use "serctl ul show user at domain" to see the location of the 
user. If you get no location address, then the user is registered 
somewhere else or not at all. If you run multiple ser instances of ser 
on same host, make sure you use for each different fifo files and 
adequate tunned serctl.
