[Serusers] mdump() errors

Hey Daniel,

It is not currently in external DNS, I am waiting for that to take
effect... it is the name of the machine running ser (and therefore also
mdump() ).

Hmm... thinking about it then, perhaps the IP associated with it is
127.0.0.1 ...

How is registered sip.dev.inmarsat.com in your DNS? mdupm() tries to 
send messages to <sip:admin at sip.dev.inmarsat.com>. Is there an IP 
associated with this domain or a SRV entry for it?
