[Serusers] rpm builds

pa was not in the list

I had to modify the spec and add this

%build
make modules modules="modules/pa"        cfg-target=/%{_sysconfdir}/ser/

%install
make install-modules modules="modules/pa" \
                basedir=$RPM_BUILD_ROOT \
                prefix=/usr \
                cfg-prefix=$RPM_BUILD_ROOT \
                cfg-target=/%{_sysconfdir}/ser/
