[Serusers] acc.so start problem

Now the accounting is working right with mysql, i change the version to
0.8.13-dev-33 and it start fine.

I have another problem with the accounting it is only recording the
INVITE and ACK method. It didn't record where the conversation end (BYE
or CANCEL methods)
