[Serusers] Asterisk/Digium as PSTN gateway and SER as backend soft switch?

As far as I can remember the drivers for the card do not support any
standard API (isdn4linux, capi), Uli was talking to Digium guys and it
looks like the only way how to make the card work is using asterisk.
