[Serusers] SEMS question - custom greeting

Can you provide the result of the comand:
"file /usr/local/lib/sems/audio/192.168.1.10/540.wav"
to see the type of wav encoding of your file ?

at my system, and working the file type must look like this:
/voicemail/audio/default_es.wav: RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio,
Microsoft PCM, 16 bit, mono 8000 Hz
