There is no limit for concurrent calls with a SIP proxy, because concurrent 
calls do not go over/through or burden a SIP proxy. Only the signaling goes 
through the proxy, so you could only ask e.g. how many signaled calls per 
second a proxy can serve. (Theoretically there could be concurrent calls from 
and to every IP of the Internet which was signaled over one SIP proxy. It is 
only the question how long the SIP proxy would take to signal all this 
calls.)
