[Serusers] voicemail config

HI Ulrich,

I am running openbsd 3.4 I did not have to modify any of the makefiles. 
Although the first time I tried to install I got a lot of errors. I 
downloaded sems-0.1.0 and used gmake command. That worked. I used gmake 
all and later gmake install.

I can send you the diffs, but there is no point cause I really haven't 
changed them at all.
