[Serusers] Microsoft Messenger 5.0 client Incompatabilities (additional information)

There are several problems with Messenger 5.0, most notably it uses
INVITE to establish session for instant messaging -- that is
incompatible non-MS user agents.

So yes, "some innovative features" probably means "proprietary" in MS
terminology.
