[Serusers] Debian unstable: ser starts but socket not open

I wouldnt recommend unstable for server system unless they are
experimental. SER runs fine on Debian stable. You only need to
compile the according mysql version from source so you get the
dynamic libs which seem to miss from the standard binary mysql 
distribution from mysql.com.
