[Serusers] Need help with cryptic error messages

I posted a request for help yesterday, but perhaps my subject line was too cryptic.  At any rate, we are stumped with the SER errors from the syslog shown below.  Installation is from the CVS unstable branch.  Can anyone suggest what we might be doing wrong?
