[Serusers] Cisco ATA adapter firmware upgrade

At least when in-band alerting is enabled ATA spontaneously reboots when 
receives a call in G.729 codec. Also sometimes there are other stability 
issues. We had escalated the G.729 issue with Cisco - they provided us 
with intering beta fiwmware which fixes this bug.
