[Serusers] Still having the problem - Radius

Linux			Redhat ES 3
SER			ser-0.8.12-0.i386.rpm
SER RADIUS		ser-radius-0.8.12-0.i386.rpm
RADIUS client	http://www.mcs.de/~lf/radius
			I installed per the "SIP Express Router RADIUS
HOWTO"
			including running ldconfig -v

I am still getting the error on running the ser-radius-0.8.12-0.i386.rpm
	Package Not Found
		Unlocatable Package	libradiusclient.so.0
		Required by			'ser_radius','0.8.12', '0')

In my past testings, I have been able to get SER working, SER with MySQL
working, but not this implementation with RADIUS.
