[Serusers] ser.cfg file

uncomment the debug-options in ser.cfg:
/* Uncomment these lines to enter debugging mode
debug=7
fork=no
log_stderror=yes
*/
then start ser again, and it will give you a detailed explanation about
the errors in your config file.
