i am loading module permissons.so

created two files permissions.allow and permissions.deny in sme folder where 
my ser.cfg is....

/usr/local/etc/ser

i have set

modparam("permissions", "allow_file", 
"/usr/local/etc/ser/permissions.allow")
modparam("permissions", "deny_file", "/usr/local/etc/ser/permissions.deny")

also...

but it shud stop all my calls...its not doing that....any help
