[Serusers] ser always 401 and 401 response

increase the debug level to 7 in your config file and watch the network
traffic (ngrep, ethereal, tcpdump). From debug messages you should get
some hint about the problem. If you watch also the traffic when your
gateway register to another proxy you may notice some differences. You
can send the debug messages and the traffic to the list to help you more.
