[Serusers] MediaProxy, RTPproxy

I posted my entire working ser.cfg using rtpproxy back on November 20 2004.

The subject line was "Re: [Serusers] Revisted Error: force_rtp_proxy2: can't extractbodyfrom the
message"

Take a look at that as see if it helps.
