[Serusers] all users get the same alias

dear jiri,
i have problem in my serweb. i have 2 clients in softphone and 1 client in hardphone. they can do communication well but they just call by "username at mydomain". mydomain is sip.pcr.ac.id. 
my problem is :
all they just recieve the same alias. it is 62761100. i don't know how it can be.
please help me..........
