[Serusers] serweb / ser unstable

Not sure what is up, but I have installed ser and serweb

sometimes (most times) I log into the serweb interface
click on the accounts link for my username (admin priv)
and I see 2 tabs across the top, User, and Server Monitoring.

every once in a while I get more tabs (so infrequently I can't
remember them all) but one of them is send a message to
IM and another is upload/download voicemail file.

anyone else seeing this behaviour?
