[Serusers] ser-0.12 with rtpproxy not working properly

hello friends

i am trying to establish a call between two private
ips A,B both can able to register but it i could able
to call from only one private ip phone A to another
private ip phone B not in vice versa .

voice could be able to listen in both sides

in ethereal report what i got is
