You may start two stances of free-radius listening on different ports 
on same host. The configuration files can be read from two different 
directories where you can set separated tables (in sql.conf)

It is more of a freeradius question... I have one
freeradius server getting accounting data from both
cisco gateway and ser. The data is saved in a backend
mysql database. Is it possible to send ser data to one
table and cisco data to another table?
